Interactive board INTBOARD UT-TBI82X-TS (with a smart tray)

The INTBOARD UT-TBI82 interactive whiteboard is a new model of the company which differs in existence of additional functions. INTBOARD UT-TBI82 is a modern interactive whiteboard that uses infrared (IR) technology, so it can comfortably work with multiple users simultaneously. Users have the ability to perform all existing operations, including reducing, enlarging, moving objects, and so on, without interfering with each other. The interactive whiteboard supports up to 10 simultaneous touches. Management is carried out by a finger, a marker or any other opaque subject that allows to use it in educational institutions for children with disabilities.
This model has a “smart tray” function, which is very popular among users. The “smart tray” function allows you to automatically recognize the color of the marker used in operation. This model is ideal for use in educational institutions.
The board has BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) functionality, which allows students and teachers to use their personal devices (smartphones and tablets) when working with the board.
The INTBOARD UT-TBI82 interactive whiteboard has a ceramic wear-resistant white surface with the ability to write with erasable markers. The surface of the board is ideal for projecting an image from a projector. The INTBOARD UT-TBI82 interactive board differs in simple service, high accuracy and reliability.
The package includes free software “Intboard Prostir”. This is a constantly updated library of services for conducting and creating your own interactive lessons. All applications in the service are grouped by school and general subjects. In “Intboard Prostir” – you will find the following sections: mathematics, geography, biology, Ukrainian language, astronomy, history, chemistry, physics, foreign languages, science, computer science, music, testing, presentations, inclusion, general and 3D modeling.
In addition to services, in “Intboard Prostir” you will find instructions, webinars from the company’s specialists and links to download the basic software for working with the interactive whiteboard.

1. What is an interactive whiteboard (ID)?
The information display and input device is a large touch screen that works as part of a system that also includes a computer and a projector.
2. What is the principle of operation of the system “board / projector / computer”?
Using a projector, the image transmitted by the computer is projected onto the surface of the interactive whiteboard. In this case, the board acts as a screen. You can work with the image displayed on the board, make changes and marks. All software changes are recorded in the appropriate files on the computer, can be saved and further edited or copied to removable media. In this case, the electronic board works as an input device.
3. How is the interaction with the ID?
You can interact with the board by controlling the input of information with a special stylus / marker, and with the touch of a finger. Communication between the board and the computer is two-way, and a finger or pen (stylus, pen) works like a mouse.
4. What is the principle of ID with the use of infrared technology?
Along the borders of the touch screen, which uses the principle of infrared waves, special elements are installed that generate light waves directed along the screen surface of the infrared range, which are distributed in its working space like a grid. On the other side of the screen are mounted elements that receive the wave and convert it into an electrical signal.
If one of the infrared rays is blocked by a foreign object falling into the area of action of the rays, the beam stops coming to the receiving element, which is immediately fixed by the microprocessor controller. Thus, the touch coordinate is calculated. It is noteworthy that the infrared touch screen does not care what object is placed in its workspace: pressing can be done with a finger, pen, pointer and even a gloved hand.
All components (lines of light and photodiodes) are located in the display frame. Unlike resistive and capacitive technology, IR touch displays do not use fragile translucent touch sprays. Scratches, dirt and even cracks do not affect the performance of the touch panel of the interactive whiteboard.
5. How will the use of an interactive whiteboard (ID) affect the learning process?
The use of an interactive whiteboard, especially for primary school students, will make the learning process more dynamic, interesting and meaningful. Thanks to the expanded possibilities of the equipment and already ready lessons small children will be less distracted. This means that they will listen more carefully to the teacher, work actively in class, better learn the material.
6. Is it easy to deal with board management?
The modern generation of children very quickly learns to use the latest gadgets – tablets, phones, computer equipment. Therefore, the integration of scientific progress into school life and the educational process is appropriate and timely. Children will be able to easily use the interactive equipment, as the software is built intuitively.
We provide training for teachers so that they can not only use ready-made lessons, but also have the opportunity to create them themselves.
7. How does the software of TM “INTBOARD” differ from analogues?
Unlike many other manufacturers of interactive equipment, the basic software for our boards we provide for free. Extended capabilities for working with equipment are implemented by providing access to the information portal “Intboard Prostir”, which allows you to work for free with third-party services, use their tools to create lessons, testing and other elements of the learning process. We do not charge a license fee for our software annually. Access is granted to every user who has purchased our equipment.
8. Is it possible to give the board mobility?
By installing the board on a mobile rack, you can use it in different classes. This slightly increases the cost of the board, but gives freedom and flexibility at first, not yet gained enough experience. If you later decide to install the board permanently in one of the offices, you will still need a rack – when necessary, you can remove the board from the wall (it’s easy) and install it on the rack, for example during a conference in the assembly hall.
9. Methods of mounting (mounting) ID?
ID can be installed in 2 ways: on a wall by means of fastenings which go in a set; place on a special rack that is not included.
10. How are the cables to the projector and ID laid?
Laying of power and data cables is made in plastic boxes, which ensures the safety of wiring and gives an aesthetic appearance.
11. Is it possible to write on the board with water-based markers?
YES, there is such a possibility.
